Fr. 1603 $1 1928C Silver Certificate. PMG Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ.This series is the second scarcest for $1 Silvers. Punch-through embossing of the left serial number and Treasury Seal are observed on the back of this B-B block example. PMG has graded only two equal and just one higher for the B-B block with none finer for any other block in this rare series.
