Fr. 1602* $1 1928B Silver Certificate Star. PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.Bold embossing is seen through the third party holder of this beautiful $1 Silver star that has superb paper surfaces. It is one of seven replacement notes graded at this lofty level, with just two pieces finer. In our recent Long Beach auction, we sold another PMG 66 EPQ star for $2,400.
