Fr. 375 $20 1891 Treasury Note PCGS Banknote Very Fine 30 Details.A moderately circulated example of a note that is the only collectable number of its type. 1891 Treasury Notes come with two signature combinations: this Tillman-Morgan, with 174 known, and the Bruce-Roberts signature combination, which is represented by only three pieces as enumerated in Track & Price. PCGS Banknote indicates that the note has been "minor trimmed" and has repaired spindle holes which are not blatantly obvious through the holder.
