It boasts the title of being the sole finest example reported across all grading services. The coveted Gem Unc 66 PPQ grade is well deserved for this Cleveland $20 that shows off a Light Green Seal and serials against the crackling fresh white paper, making for a truly jaw-dropping note. PMG has only graded ten examples of this Friedberg, two being 65 EPQs. The last Uncirculated example we offered was during our 2015 FUN Signature Auction, when the serial number below this example graded PMG 65 EPQ brought just over a grand.
