30.A truly scarce Friedberg number with fewer than three dozen known in all grades combined. This tough Kansas City $20 is one of those reported pieces and is making its first public appearance since a 1995 auction. It is a bright and crisp note with great color and just light, even wear. A perusal of the Track & Price records reveals only three offerings of any kind of this number over the past six years. The finest of that offered trio was a PMG Extremely Fine 40 note that sold for over $8,000 in our 2019 FUN auction.
