Massachusetts May 5, 1780 $2 with low number New. A typically hole cancelled example of this common issue which faces up as a Choice New note but which has a small slice into the lower left portion of the note. Of particular interest is the low serial number "78" as we cannot recall the last time we saw a two digit number on this well printed issue.Auction Info
