Excessively Rare 1928 $2 Legal Tender Uncut Sheet of Twelve

Uncirculated 55 EPQ.A wonderful item which was the fourth sheet printed for the issue. It last appeared at auction with us back in the 2015 ANA auction. As mentioned in its previous description, this sheet is just one of two known and is the lower serial number of the pair. The other sheet still has not appeared at public auction and its whereabouts remain a mystery. The grade matches the sheet, as it has been folded vertically down the center and there is also a minor fold in the serial number 48 note. In its last auction appearance, this sheet realized $17,625.
