Insufficient Inking Error Fr. 1921-I $1 1995 Federal Reserve Notes. Uncut Sheet of 16. PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.An error type that we have not seen before as part of an uncut sheet. The A4 and B4 notes, which are the fifth and sixth notes in the left column of this half sheet of 16, show insufficient inking of the left serial number of the overprint. The A4 note does not have any of the serial number printed, while the B4 piece shows just a small portion of the last three characters.
