Burlington Junction, MO - $5 1902 Plain Back Fr. 609 The First
National Bank Ch. # 6242 PMG Very Fine 20.A very rare note from one of the smallest banks in the state is offered here. The census shows only four large and two small notes extant from this single bank location, including this evenly circulated, pen signed $5 which was last on the market in our 2010 ANA Auction. The last note from this charter to be publicly offered was another $5 Plain Back, in a PMG Very Fine 25 holder, that fetched $9,400 in our 2017 FUN Auction.
