Low Serial Numbers Fr. 1600 $1 1928 Silver Certificates Uncut Pair. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.This charming uncut pair has serial numbers A00000320A and A00000321A. They were cut from the 27th uncut sheet for the 1928 Series that was originally presented to Secretary of the Treasury Andrew Mellon. We auctioned the full sheet that this duo came from in April 2011.
