Uncirculated 64.A very attractive example with dark stamped officers' signatures, including that of the Vice-President, along with quite vivid color and traces of original embossing. This is the second of the three titles under which this prolific issuer ordered notes and is a nice representative of the overall design type. PMG has spotted a pinhole, which is located in the lower left corner. This is the only Uncirculated example from this prolific issuer through all types and denominations of Second Charter notes.
