Fort Myers, FL - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 652 The First National
Bank Ch. # 9035 PMG Very Fine 20.An exceptionally scarce bank in large size, with only six such examples in the census. This attractive mid-grade $20 is one of that small group and it is making its first public appearance since we offered it in our May 1997 auction. It is a pleasing, moderately circulated piece with good color, and dark stamped signatures, and no flaws whatever for the grade. The last large size from this charter to publicly appear was an impaired PCGS Very Good 10 that brought $7,200 at auction in 2018.
