Rhode Island July 2, 1780 $5-$7-$8-$20 / $1-$2-$3-$4 Uncut Sheet PMG Choice About Unc 58.This is an uncut sheet comprising all eight denominations authorized for this emission by the Act of July 24, 1780. While each note bears serial number 341 and the signatures of Adam Comstock and Caleb Harris (whose signature is not, however, present on the $2), the federal guarantee endorsement on the backs of the notes is missing, rendering these notes remainders. The tear mentioned by PMG is not readily apparent through the holder and does not seem to impact any of the notes directly.
