Description
Delaware June 1, 1759 5s PCGS Apparent Very Fine 25.A well-printed B. Franklin and D. Hall note with two distinctive sea serpents on the back. The all important imprint of the two printers is boldly printed on the back. We have auctioned only one example of this note and this is it. It originally brought $1,057 in January 2017 when we auctioned The Eric P. Newman Collection. The apparent grade is for a small edge split at right and minor stains.
