Fr. 1279 25¢ First Issue PMG Choice Uncirculated 63.Although the centering is less than perfect, the note is deeply and fully perforated all of the way around. It also has darker ink color than we're used to seeing and razor sharp printing on both sides. With slightly better centering, this piece would have graded Superb.
