Topton, PA - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 651 The NB of Topton Ch. # 8223This bank is quite readily available in the 1929 series, but is far less frequently seen in large. This addition to the census is the fifth $20 Plain Back and the 16th large note to surface from this Berks County institution. While two issuers were located here, this was the only one to order the 1902 Plain Backs. The stamped officers' signatures remain quite strong. Fine.
