Fr. 162 $50 1880 Legal Tender PMG Choice Fine 15 Net.Fr. 162 is a very scarce sleeper number, with a census of only 25 examples in all grades. It's easily overshadowed by the similar appearing Fr. 164, with over 200 pieces known. Even the massive Flynn collection lacked a Fr. 162, with none sold, according to Track & Price, from 2006 until 2009. This should sell for just a bit more than the Fr. 164, but offers lots more value, with the net grade given because of some minor repaired splits.
