Everett, WA - $20 1929 Ty. 1 The First NB Ch. # 4686A simply gorgeous Washington State note that last appeared on the market in our 2010 Memphis auction. Back then, we described it as "a blazing white PCGS Gem New 66PPQ with broad margins and crisp details." In the intervening three years, we certainly have had no reason to change our lofty opinion of this pretty National.
