Fr. 238/Fr. 237 $1 1923 Silver Certificates Reverse Changeover Pair PCGS Choice New 63PPQ & Gem New 65PPQ.Strong embossing and dark blue ink are traits of this reverse changeover pair. These notes are consecutively numbered, but are of different signature combinations with the later signature combination being "first" in this case, thus the "reverse changeover pair" moniker. For a time, plates for Fr. 237, 238, and 239 were all on the BEP presses at the same time. (Total: 2 notes)
