Fr. 16 $1 1862 Legal Tender PCGS Apparent Very Fine 35.PCGS has noted a small stain at the left as the reason for the apparent grade. They are right on both counts...it's at the left and it's small. Save for that, this is a wholesome, strictly original high end VF.
