New York, NY - $5 1875 Fr. 403 The Chase NB Ch. # 2370A bright and attractive First Charter five that is perfect for type. It comes from a run which has served to offer collectors the opportunity to obtain very high grade Series 1875 fives for two generations. Grades for these notes have varied from About Uncirculated to Choice New, depending on the grader, but the quality and originality of these notes is evident simply by looking at the PCGS holder. Choice About New 58PPQ, fully equal to the last example sold from this run in a similar grade which fetched over $4000 last year.
