Lowville, NY - $100 1902 Plain Back Fr. 704 The Black River NB Ch. # 2426High denominations only in Third Charter notes from this bank, with this piece having been off the market for three decades. It's one of only two Blue Seal hundreds listed in the census from Lowville, and the first large note of any type from here to be available in nearly five years. Pen signed Fine-Very Fine, with a small rust spot on the front the only detriment to be found.
