Scarce CSA Block Watermark
T16 $50 1861 PF-4 Cr. 82 CC.A very scarce note which is classified as a rarity 13 in the Fricke Confederate book. Once part of the Western Reserve Collection, it was sold when that holding was dispersed, and at that time was the only CSA block watermark variety known outside of institutional collections. There are a few hinge repairs, and a penned Bradbeer number is seen on the back of the note at the upper left. PMG Very Fine 25 Net.
