New Orleans, LA- City Bank $20 G36cA busy wharf scene is the central vignette on this $20 that also features a striking green back. It was issued by one of the scarcer banks in a city with an abundance of common banks. This note served as the Haxby plate note and is graded by PCGS as Apparent Fine 15 due to small edge tears and an equally small repair on the back.
