Description
Angola Banco Nacional Ultramarino 1 Escudo Lisboa 1.1.1921 Pick 55s SpecimenRoulette punched "SPECIMEN," this colorful example has nice eye appeal and earned a grade of About Uncirculated 55 from PMG. It also bears a red "SPECIMEN" overprint diagonally across the face. A paper pull that appears to be confined to an area at back right center, outside of the design, is mentioned. The back design of an allegorical woman looking out to ships at sea adds to the appeal of these notes.
