Winter Haven, FL - $5 1929 Ty. 1 The American NB Ch. # 12100This is one of just two Series 1929 notes known from this bank, and represents a real miracle of survival, as the bank issued small notes for only four months before its doors closed forever in November of 1929. It's also considerably higher grade than the other known specimen, which has been off the market since we sold it at our first Florida auction in 1992. PMG graded Very Fine 20, a key Florida small size rarity likely destined for an important Florida holding.
