Ripley, NY - $10 1902 Red Seal Fr. 613 The First NB Ch. # (E)6386A gorgeous Red Seal which is being offered here for the first time to the numismatic community. While lightly circulated, the colors are exceptionally bright, with a vivid red overprint contrasting with crisp white paper. The bottom margin is a bit close, but that minor quibble is easily offset by the presence of two bold pen signatures. Extremely Fine, a significant new discovery certain to see some spirited bidding before the hammer falls tonight.
