    Description

    100 Pound Specimen from 1917

Egypt National Bank of Egypt 100 Pounds 4.1.1917 Pick 16s Specimen PCGS Banknote Choice AU 58.
As the highest denomination of the series, Egypt 100 Pound notes are extremely popular. The design featuring the Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, dated between 1913 and 1919, is very rare both in issued and Specimen form. A perforated cancellation is seen, but has been carefully tucked away in the bottom right corner. Typical printer notations are commonplace. A simply beautiful design, this note is very rare and collectible.

    Estimate: $10,000 - up.
