Iraq Government of Iraq 10 Dinars 1.7.1931 Pick 5s
Specimen.King Faisal I is featured on this first series design from Iraq. Heavy embossing is seen on this all original presentation Specimen, with all zero serial numbers and no perforations. The stainless paper enhances all features, from the boldly colored intaglio inks to the multicolor underprint. This is the only Specimen graded of this type in the PMG Census, and most likely the best as Specimens of this era were subject to heavy testing and distribution to far away banks to serve as a counterfeit detector. PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.
