Part of a complete set of denominations offered in Specimen format. Interestingly, the different denominations are seen with different country prefixes. This 20 Euro Specimen features the Z-prefix for Belgium. Like the other Specimen in the set, it has a Specimen number 0449 and a one digit serial number. Overprinted on both sides and rare.
