Specimen PMG Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ.Stunning, original paper is matched by equally outstanding technical features. At the time of cataloging, no finer graded issues, notes, or Specimen exist in the PMG Population Report. Pinpoint centering, perfect corners, vivid colors, and precise engravings are seen on both sides. Red overprints and hole punched cancellations were applied to confirm Specimen status. This design is quite rare in any format, as only 15,000 regular notes were issued, along with only small groups of Specimen, which were necessary within the banking industry. This piece is an important and very rare Specimen, especially in top grade.
