Fr. 2309 $10 1934A North Africa Silver Certificate. PMG Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ.A B-A block example and PMG has not graded either an A-A or B-A example higher. The margins on this I plate letter note are wide enough to show a paper guide line marker at lower left. It also exhibits excellent color, embossing, and natural paper wave.
