Fr. 2309* $10 1934A North Africa Silver Certificate. PCGS Gem New 66PPQ.$10 North Africa stars are pretty elusive at these lofty grade levels. We have sold this note three times over the past few years, with an average price realized of around $3,800 each. A few months ago we sold a much lesser PMG Choice CU 64 (no EPQ) for $1,920.
