Ex-Flynn Collection 1934 $10 Mule North Africa
Fr. 2308 $10 1934 Mule North Africa Silver Certificate. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.A lovely note which once resided in the Flynn Collection. At the time this note originally sold, it was one of the finest North African Silver Certificates known. Today several higher graded examples have been recorded. Micro face plate 126 is engraved on the note. The colors are quite vivid and the margins certainly warrant the assigned grade. In our FUN 2013 Platinum Night, we sold a PCGS 64 for a touch under $20,000. We see no reason why this lovely note should not meet or possibly beat that figure given its provenance.
