Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ.A lovely example of this rare and always in demand North Africa emergency note that has fewer than 50 pieces recorded in the Track & Price census is offered in this lot. Many of the "Uncirculated" examples of this issue come flat and weakly printed. Fortunately, this note represents a happy exception, with an exceptionally vivid yellow seal, a brilliant blue overprint, and easily seen original embossing. There are few auction records for notes of this caliber, but last year we did sell a PMG 66 EPQ example for $19,200.
