Fr. 2308 $10 1934 Mule North Africa Silver Certificate. PCGS Choice New 63PPQ.A lovely example of this rare note. Many of the "Uncirculated" examples of this issue come flat and weakly printed. Fortunately, this note represents a happy exception, with an exceptionally vivid yellow seal, a brilliant blue overprint, and easily seen original embossing. PCGS has graded only this one piece Choice New 63PPQ, with just four examples higher.
