PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.Originally used for American forces in North Africa, the distinctive yellow seal would render these notes worthless if large quantities were captured and ultimately repudiated. North Africa star notes in superlative condition are very rare and highly collectible, with this example being no exception.
