PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.An exceptional example of the scarcer Y-B Block, it was the first block for the Hawaii $1 series and had a printing of only 3,000,000. This piece features four wide margins, pack fresh paper, and great color. It has also been assigned the comment "Great Embossing" by PMG.
