High Denomination New York District Specimen Set

$500 1934C Specimen Set. Superb Gem New. The first pair from an incredible high denomination set. Each of the notes is uniface and on medium card as with the previous set, but in this instance, the straight zero serial numbers have stars on each end rather than the block and district letters of the previous set. All four sets are from the New York District, and all four sets share the tan "SPECIMEN NON NEGOTIABLE" print on their blank backs as well as the hole punched "SPECIMEN" through their centers. All four sets are utterly flawless save for minor glue stains on their blank backs. (Total: 2 notes)
