30.Series 1928A replacement notes for the $20 denomination are very elusive and seldom if ever offered. Seven districts out of ten which issued notes for the series have no known star examples according to Track & Price. This note falls almost right in the middle of the known serial number range listed in the Schwartz Lindquist guide although Track and Price has no prior offerings listed in their database making this the first public appearance of an example from the Richmond district.
