    Description

Fr. 1850-I $5 1929 Federal Reserve Bank Note. PCGS Choice New 63PPQ.
A deceptively scarce note which has passed through some of the most important currency collections of the last six decades, going from the Grinnell holdings (where it was lot 5014), to John Morris, then to Dr. Lawrence Cookson, and from there to our present consignor. This is the highest grade Minneapolis $5 that PCGS has certified, and it bears low serial number I00000022A as well.
