Providence, RI- Continental Bank $2 Apr. 2, 1863 G4b Durand 1234 PCGS Very Fine 25.
This $2 has a panoramic train vignette sharing space with an oval portrait of Daniel Webster and a vignette of an eagle and shield. There is also a red TWO protector panel. PCGS notes small edge tears at bottom left and a very small repaired edge tear at top left. Importantly, this note does not have the multiple small POCs usually found on notes from this bank. As detailed in the $1 description, this note too was issued on the day of the bread riots in Richmond Virginia
