    Description

$5, Farmers Exchange Bank, Gloucester, RI, 4/24/1808, VG-Fine. An early note, simple in its layout, but quite attractive with plenty of detailed engraving and strong signatures. It is a solid note with minor impairments as usually found on lower grade notes, such as several margin nicks and pinholes. There is a light blue stain on the back, most likely from contact with another note or piece of paper, but it does not impairs the notes good look.
