New Lisbon, OH- The Columbiana Bank of New Lisbon $5-$20 Wolka 1848-23 Uncut Proof SheetThe Columbiana Bank began life as an unauthorized concern before 1816. After receiving a charter in 1816 it failed in 1820 and was inactive until 1835 when it was revived and continued in business until its charter expired in 1843. This uncut sheet which PCGS grades Very Choice New 64PPQ, comprises two designs (Wolka -14; -20) which were not actually used in commerce. Four POCs each note.
