This Depression Scrip issue never circulated. The "S" certificates would have been payable by the state treasurer and "C" certificates would have been payable by the county treasurers. The "C" certificates have one of their edges perforated. The $1 C certificate has had the perforations trimmed away. (Total: 4 notes)
