    Exceptional Piscataqua Bridge Fiscal Item

Portsmouth, NH- Piscataqua Bridge Share Certificate No. 258 Dec. 7, 1793 Extremely Fine.
A fascinating fiscal item that falls both into the Colonial and Obsolete genres. Seen with raised seal at left. Superbly embossed. The face page shows this share certificate for the building of the Piscataqua Bridge was signed by James Shafe as President, John Martin as Treasurer, and attested to by Nath. A fascinating New Hampshire fiscal item.
