    Claremont, NH - Claremont Bank $1 April 1, 1863 NH-21 G4b. PCGS Apparent Fine 15.
This is a very scarce bank with the notes engraved and printed by Rawdon, Wright Hatch & Edson/New England Bank Note Co. The New Hampshire Arms appear in the center. The upper left shows a female portrait. Daniel Webster is pictured at the lower right. A red protector ONE is at the top. PCGS notes "Small Holes," but they are trivial. There is some surface soiling, but this is a very solid note. Ex: Eric P. Newman Collection.
