    An attractive Choice Crisp Uncirculated $1 remainder with a central portrait that depicts Lyman Dayton, a successful entrepreneur who relocated to Minnesota shortly before the mass immigration that took place. His attempt to issue his own currency in three different denominations during 1856-57 as The Dayton Bank was not authorized by the state of Minnesota and quickly failed.
