    Grand Rapids, MI- Exchange Bank of Daniel Ball & Co/The Michigan City and South Bend Plank Road Co. $1 1862 Lee GRA-4-3
    A rare issuer that we have offered only once before. Lee states on page 225 that Ball placed $24,000 on the behalf of the Plank Road into circulation and most of the notes were redeemed before Ball failed in 1864. About Good, with pieces missing at upper left and lower right.
