    Detroit, MI- The Farmers and Mechanics' Bank of Michigan $10 July 1, 1864 Remainder G108a Lee DET-3-21
    This bank had two periods of active operation, 1829-39 and 1841-69. This is one of the last notes utilized by the bank circa 1864. The central vignette portrays Liberty with an eagle and is complemented by a large red TEN protector and security statement across the right end. PCGS grades this note Choice About New 58PPQ. This note served as the plate note on both page 144 in Lee's book and page 94 in Bowen's catalog.
